Paddy’s Perplexing Puzzle

PaddyWho Is This Paddy Fellow?

St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner so let the celebrations begin.  According to Wikipedia:  “St. Patrick was a Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland.  By the seventh century, he had already come to be revered as the patron saint of Ireland.  Saint Patrick’s Day is observed on March 17, the date of his death.”  St. Patrick’s Day was made an official “feast day” in the 17th century and has now become a celebration of Irishness or Irish culture.  Paddy is a variant of Patrick or, in general, can be used as a term for Irishmen.  Once a year it is a celebration of the Irish in all of us.
